Whatever it might have been in the past, Psi Delta Xi transformed into Greyson's very own Animal House back in the 1960s, and that incredibly well-deserved reputation has stayed with them ever since. Of course, the frat is far from being as benign as most Hollywood fraternities - underage binge drinking, alcohol poisoning, date rape drugs, everything from marijuana to X...all of the above are common fixtures of Psi Delt parties. For the most part, only the most hardcore partiers even set foot in the house, as most students know better - or learn very quickly. The Psi Delts have the nasty habit of luring freshman girls into the house; though nearly all of the R.A.s and orientation staff try to warn all the incoming students, not all of them can be reached in time, and Psi Delta Xi has access to a couple high-priced attorneys from the university's sugar daddy law firm, Wolfram & Hart, who have threatened to launch a massive lawsuit if Greyson ever officially sanctions 'rumormongering' by publishing such warnings in brochures or other literature. Most students would love to see Psi Delta Xi run off campus for good, but for now, at least, the fraternity remains the proverbial 800-pound gorilla.

Though generally too collectively wasted to care about the other Greek organizations on campus, Psi Delta Xi does share a loose affiliation with party-girl sorority Chi Delta Chi.
